Jewish Cultures Mapped
Jewish Cultures Mapped is an interactive, web-based map designed for “Daat Hamakomâ€, The Center for the Study of Cultures of Place in Jewish Modernity (I-CORE). The map explores Jewish cultures and their historical development from the perspective of time and space. We’ve broken more than 50 researches into discrete events in time and space allowing new possibilities for historical and cultural research to take place. We designed 6 maps corresponding with different historical periods, breaking the a-historical paradigm of digital maps.
